Starting with the lovely month of May 2025 due to organizational changes the hartmud online shop will not feature the Collectors series any longer.
While our clients will continue to get access to the monthly restocks of our Barista driven half glazed Reference and fully glazed Ultimate collection in this shop, the more special and irregular Collectors series will become accessible mainly for registered customers and collectors through Private Placements, announced on Instagram and via email.

Your data will be stored in Germany by the Alsoufi Zeiss GbR, owner of the hartmud brand and sole manufacturer of hartmud – rare hard German stoneware.
Your data will only be used to contact you via email (and optionally via Instagram) to inform you about a Private Placement of a Collectors series micro lot. Registered customers will be informed earlier via email with a slight advantage to place an order, but the Private Placements will also be announced to all our followers via Instagram.
The Terms and Conditions (AGB) of our Private Placements are different from the Online Shop (which is fully owned by the Brewspire GmbH) and will be sent along the invoice via email.
The first come first serve principle applies, and dispatch of your order will only take place after receipt of payment in due time.
We hope in this way to cater more specifically to the need of our longterm collectors and the aficionados of more irregularly shaped handmade stoneware ceramics, as we will start to play more with different shapes, like for example our Daisy, xMud, Tulip or Tea Vessel.
At the same time we hope to restock our Reference and Ultimate collection in the 4 standard cup sizes more regularly and thus be able to provide fast, steady access to our professional barista stoneware for the world of specialty coffee.
